The Impact is committed to the development and placement of its’ players. The success of our organization is based upon our club's structure, the recruitment of high level coaches, and the dedication of our players and parents. This combined with our staffs’ devotion, the Impact is able to offers players and teams the knowledge to play at the highest level desired. Dedicated to player development, we offer every level of competitive soccer: Training includes both technical and tactical fundamentals essential to the game. The individual and team skills important for success are stressed in a competitive environment. Our programs are designed to help players implement high level technique while demonstrating a complete knowledge of the game.

Whether your desire is to play in college or simply improve your game, the Impact has the programs to meet your needs. We play all year round, if desired, offering
Futsal (indoor soccer) in the winter and a 3v3 League and Tournament in the summer. During the Spring and Fall Seasons the Impact offers two to three practices a week, skills night, conditioning nights, free play, camps, clinics, 5 Star Soccer Programjugglers club, and tournaments.

The Impact prides itself on college placement. Impact
Alumni has attended over 60 different colleges. The Impact also offers individual consultations with the Impact’s Directors, along with College Coaches Panels (Q&A opportunities with real College Coaches).

Fitness Training is offered to Impact player during practices and conditioning nights. Aspects of speed, agility, quickness, power, and endurance are extremely important to the game of soccer and are addressed by the Impact’s coaches and trainers.

In the last 6 years, the Impact has won 16 State Championships, 14 being at the Highest Level, 12 State Finalist, and 2 Regional League Championships. The Impact is represented at the Regional Championships, and in
Olympic Development Program (ODP), at the State, Regional, and National Levels.
  Club Programs  

Management Structure:

Executive Director – Jon Schneider
responsible for the overall Impact club and the college selection program.

Program Director (Academy,
Lil Impact, Select) – Rex Mummey
responsible for player development, finding coaches, recruiting of players, training programs for coaches and players, and scheduling games/tournaments for the Select program.

Club Skills Trainer
– Robbie Wickham
responsible for the skills curriculum used during weekly skills training and camps.

Keeper Academy Director 
– Luc Dessieux
Responsible for the goalkeeping curriculum used during weekly skills training and camps.

Programs offered:

Impact Premier - for players ages 11-19 serious about playing soccer at the highest level. Only paid professional coaches are used and all coaches have either coached and/or played at the college level.

The Academy – this curriculum based program is for younger players ages 7-10 wanting to play soccer at the highest level. Only paid professional coaches are used and all coaches have either coached and/or played at the college level.

Lil Impact (New program) for ages 4-7. This program will concentrate on the fundamentals of soccer, while teaching your child motor skills in a fun environment! Our Lil Impact curriculum has been designed to build motor skills while, having fun, and enhancing emotional, intellectual, and social skill on the soccer field.

Impact Select Program (New program) – intermediate soccer for players, coaches, and teams playing at the Division 2 and 3 levels. This program allows its' teams and coaches to stay together and begin their competitive soccer careers. All players will have a chance as they develop to be promoted to the Premier program, if they wish. This program allows any and all teams to be registered under Tennessee Soccer and play competitively.

Impact Goal Keeping Academy (New program) – this curriculum based- program is for all ages and is designed to teach goal keepers everything they need to know to be a complete goalkeeper.

College Selection Program this program is facilitated by the Executive Director and is a service provided to help players find the right college for them.

Juggling Club – ages 7-14 this program has players juggling certain numbers for t-shirts that will acknowledge their achievements. 

5 Star Soccer Program – ages 7-10 this program is a way to evaluate and acknowledge player achievements.

Summer Camps – the club will provide discounted soccer camps for all Impact players to take advantage of each year.

Monday Night Training is highly recommended at the youth level. Players are able develop at a faster rate and have the chance to be coached and evaluated by other coaches in the club.
